Angela B. (Apsokardo) Laliberte

        Angela B. (Apsokardo) Laliberte, 86, formerly of Flying Hills, passed away January 12, 2025, in Green Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Malvern, PA where she was a guest.

        Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Stelios George and Mary Alice (Schaffer) Apsokardo. The was the wife of the late Reverend Father James J. Laliberte who passed away December 12, 2020. They celebrated 58 years of marriage prior to his passing.

        Angela supported her husband during his 39 years as a Priest and took great pride in raising their children.

        Left to cherish her memory are her children – Barbara O’Malley, Upper Darby, PA, Thecla McCool, Pennsville, NJ, Mark husband of Sandra Laliberte, Glen Mills, PA, her granddaughters – Tatiana Dudrick, Newark, DE, Sharon McCool, NJ, Alexis & Alana Laliberte, Glen Mills, her great grandchildren – James & Brie.

        Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Sts. Helen & Constantine Greek Orthodox Church, 1001 E. Wyomissing Blvd., Reading, PA 19611. Father Theodore Petrides (Proistamenos) celebrant. Viewing on Monday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the church. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Shillington.
