Annamarie Naugle, 94, of Shillington, passed away October 3, 2023. She was the wife of the late Arthur C. Naugle who passed away August 9, 2019. They celebrated 64 years of marriage prior to his passing.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Anna (Roechner) Strobel.
Annamarie worked as a secretary at Brown Trailer, American Casualty Company of Reading, and as a lunch aid at Governor Mifflin’s Cumru Elementary. A graduate of the former Reading Central Catholic High School, she was a faithful member of St. John Baptist de la Salle R.C. Church, the Women’s Aux. of the PA Plumbing Assn. and a member of the former Shillington Women’s Club.
She is survived by her children – Jeffrey A. husband of Diane Naugle, Exeter Township, Joanne M. Landenberger, Hershey, Jerome M. husband of Tracey Naugle, Shillington, her brother – Edwin J. Strobel, Whitfield, her grandchildren – Craig A. Naugle, Hans T. Landenberger, Colin A. Naugle, Lars J. Landenberger, Malia R. Naugle, Jonah R. Naugle and her great grandson Caiden Landenberger. She was predeceased by a grandson Delaney Rae Naugle.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Monday, October 9, 2023 from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Precious Blood Convent, 1094 Welsh Road, (Cumru Township), followed by her Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 AM. The Rev. Edward J. Essig, M. Div, celebrant. Interment in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
