Donald F. Stitzel

         Donald F. Stitzel, 85, of Reading, passed away December 31, 2023 at 10:51 AM in the Reading Hospital where he was a patient.

        Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Franklin & Edith (Field) Stitzel. He was the husband of Sandra L. (Woolven) Stitzel. They were married for over 30 years.

        Donald was the owner and operator of Key Printing for over 40 years. The business started near the Reading Airport and lastly in Laureldale. He was a member of the former East Ends and a member of the Democratic Club, Millmont and Victor Emmanuel II Society. Donald had a love for British cars.

        In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter – Cindy Arndt, Mt Penn and his grandchildren – Koby Stitzel and Kiersten Merkel. He was predeceased by his daughter Kendall A. Stitzel (2021) and his sister Jean May Fleming (1988).

        Funeral services from Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Ave., Shillington on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Elmer B. Reinhold, Jr. will officiate. Interment in Ebenezer Cemetery, Shoemakersville. Viewing on Wednesday from 10-11 AM.
