E. Dolores (Harris) Killinger

E. Dolores Killinger “Gam”, 91, of Cumru Township, passed away August 4, 2023 in her residence.

        Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Melvin and Enda C. (Paine) Harris. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Killinger who passed away July 4, 2018. They celebrated 68 years of marriage prior to his passing.

        She was employed by The Tom Sturgis Family for 38 years. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Berkshire Heights.

        She is survived by two loving children, a daughter – Suzanne L. Lorah, wife of late George Lorah of Mohnton and a son – Richard J. Killinger and his partner Laraine Hornberger of Brecknock Township. Other survivors include three grandchildren – Stephanie Lyn, Michael Edward, and Joseph Richard, four great grandchildren – Lexis Alexandra, Averyana Marie, Ayden Michael, and Ethan Joseph, a great granddaughter – Savannah Brynn and Olivia York, who was just like a granddaughter.
