Elias Diaz-Reyes, Sr.

    Elias Diaz-Reyes. Sr., 50, of Reading, passed away October 24, 2023 in his residence.
    Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Elias Diaz and Carmen Hilda Reyes. He was the husband of Kellie J. (Pieczonka) Diaz-Reyes. They were married for 25 years.
    He worked in housekeeping for 6 years at Penn State Health, Reading. He later worked for Amazon, last working on Sunday. He was a huge Dallas Cowboy, N.Y. Knicks, and N.Y. Yankees fan. He enjoyed drinking beer, playing video games and loved his children and grandchildren.
    In addition to his wife Kellie, he is survived by his children – Jackie Reyes, Reading, Elias Diaz-Reyes, Jr., Reading, Joey Ortega, Reading and Aaliyah Diaz-Reyes, Reading, his grandchildren – Aiden, Joey and Xander. He is also survived by his brothers – Isaac Figueroa, Reading and Daniel Figueroa, Alexandria, VA.
