Ethel Reba Bruce

Ethel Reba Bruce, 97, of Shillington, passed away July 20, 2017 at 12:15 PM in Sanatoga Court - Memory Unit, where she was a guest since April 8, 2016. She was the wife of the late Sidney Rice Bruce who passed away October 18, 2016. They shared 72 wonderful years together before his passing. Born in Camden, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Oscar and Reba Iola (Baker) Timmons. She loved cooking and baking for her large extended family, being one of eleven children. She graduated high school in New Jersey. She was predeceased by a son, Robert J. Bruce on July 3, 2016. Ethel is survived by her son, Joseph A. Bruce, Sr., husband of Lesley H., of Shillington, daughter-in-law, Morita B. Bruce of Fallston, MD, her three grandchildren: Joseph A. Bruce, Jr. and his wife, Laura O.; Jennifer A. Brower, fianc of Michael J. Gombar, Jr.; Sandra A. Bruce fianc of Juan Dominguez and her 4 great grandchildren: Caitlin R. Brower, Kevin C. Bruce, Ava K. Brower and Keira M. Bruce. Celebration of Life service on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Klee Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Ave., Shillington. Rev Dale Davis will officiate.
