Gail R. Kauffman

Gail R. Kauffman, 62, of Pennwyn Place, passed away April 21, 2018 at 1:45 PM in her residence with her family by her side. She was the wife of Dennis A. Kauffman, with whom she shared 35 years of marriage. Born in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of Pauline L. (Kahler) Wagner, of Cumru Township and the late Stephen A. Wagner, who passed away in 2002. She worked as an underwriter for Encompass, a division of Allstate Insurance for over 32 years, retiring May of 2016. She was a Life member of Shillington Social Quarters and served as their Vice President. She was a member of Lincoln Park Fire Company. She was an avid reader, enjoyed watching cooking shows, HGTV and riding motorcycles. Her family was everything to her. In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by her daughter - Kasey L. wife of Kenneth Block, Robeson Twp., her brothers - Stephen J. Wagner, Cumru Twp., Tim R. husband of Janet Wagner, Norristown, her sisters - Karen A. wife of Henry Hertzog, Spring Twp., Tammy C. Steiger, Cumru Twp. and her granddaughter - Riley M. Phillips.
