Hope Joyce (Koller) Spring, 76, of Hamburg, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Monday, January 27, 2025, in Reading Hospital & Medical Center. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Edna (Moser) Koller. She was the loving wife of Dane A. Spring, enjoying 11 married years, and 30 years together in total.
Hope is survived by her son Dale R. Trythall, Jr., husband of Kristine, Muhlenberg, her brother Willis Koller, Fleetwood, sisters-in-law Florence Ballirano, Canterbury, CT, and Susan Jamieson, Middleburg, FL, and a brother-in-law Patrick “Spanky” Spring, National Park, NJ. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Jessica and Derreck Trythall, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Hope worked for many years in various manufacturing capacities, from a sewing machine operator in Reading for 20 years, with Bortz Chocolate, Exeter, and as a production assistant for WR Grace. She last worked in the apparel department at Walmart, last working January 9, 2025. In her free time, Hope enjoyed sewing, bingo, and playing with her dogs and other animals and being with her family who meant the world to her.
A Celebration of Hope’s life will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the Klee Funeral Home & Cremations Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Avenue, Shillington. The Rev. Justin Yost will officiate. Visitation on Saturday from 2:00-3:00 PM at the funeral home. Private interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA. www.kleefuneralhome.com
