Irvin F. Lindinger, 87, of Shillington, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 3, 2024 at Keystone Villa, Fleetwood, where he resided for the past year.
Born in Reading, PA to German immigrants Alois and Katharina (Dittrich) Lindinger.
Irvin is a 1954 graduate of Central Catholic High School, and Wyomissing Polytechnical Institute, now Penn State Berks. Irvin retired from Brush Wellman, Inc. (formerly Brush Beryllium Co., now Materion), Shoemakersville, PA after a long career as a metallurgical lab technician.
In addition to his parents, Irvin is predeceased by son Michael Lindinger and sisters Anna Lindinger and Christine Chatterjee.
He is survived by sons John I. Lindinger (Theresa) and Eric C. Lindinger, daughter Susan M. Janney (Roger), grandchildren Amanda, Malee, Melanie, Charles, Steven, Stefany, Craig, and Marissa, great grandchildren Sierra, Thomas, Gavin, Miya, Hope, Brantley, Rowan, Leo, and Natalie, sister Maryann Care, and many nieces.
