Jean V. Heberling

Jean V. Heberling, 90, formerly of Cumru Township, passed away April 30, 2017 at 6:47 AM in Berks Heim, where she was a guest since September 2015. She was the wife of the late Robert E. Heberling who passed away Feb. 3, 2014. They shared 68 years of marriage before his passing. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Ivan May (Becker) Meck. She worked as a floor manager for Emhart Corp. until her retirement. She previously worked for Boscov's. Jean was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Reading and had a passion for shopping and traveling. She is survived by her loving family - her children - Keith R. husband of Linda Heberling, Bethel, Sandra L. wife of Michael T. Sharp, Odenton, MD, her sisters - Mary Lou DaDamio, Wernersville, Dolores Eberhart, Bernville, Patricia Himmelberger, Temple, Her grandchildren - Rachel Heberling, Emmaus, Jeffrey Seyfert, Farmington, MN, Vicki Margolis, Chevy Chase, MD, and her great grandchildren - Casey, Eric Jeremy Margolis and Ellie, Joseph Samuel Seyfert. She was predeceased by a sister - Betty Evans and 2 great grandchildren - Thomas Jeffrey Seyfert and Kaitlyn Margolis. Funeral services from Klee Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Avenue, Shillington on Wednesday, May 3, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Kerry Hicks will officiate. Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Viewing on Wednesday from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.
