Judy Ann Hubert, 77, of Oley, passed away August 4, 2018 in her residence with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Daniel J. Hubert, with whom she shared 56 wonderful years of marriage. Born in Exeter Township, she was a daughter of the late J. Herbert & Mae L. (Hafer) Dautrich. Judy worked as a secretary most of her life, starting at CarTech and later spending 28 years at Eastern Millwork, St. Lawrence, where she retired in 2008. She was most recently a member of Friedens UCC, Oley and a former long-time member of Zion's (Spies) Evangelical Reformed Church, Alsace Township. A 1959 graduate of Exeter High School, she was a former Oley Valley Hoe Downer, dancing on the Ted Mack Show in 1951. While playing the accordion with the Valley Mountaineers, she met her husband who also played in the band. Most important to Judy was just being around her family and friends. In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her children - John M. husband of Michele L. Hubert, Exeter Twp., Sharon A. wife of Frank S. Monberger, Rockland Twp., her sisters - Myrtle wife of David Snyder, Thelma wife of Herbert Luft and Sylvia Dautrich, all of Exeter Twp., her grandchildren - Frank D. and Melony L. Monberger, Jamie T. and Mason C. Hubert and her sister-in-laws - Shirley Dautrich and Mary Dautrich. She was predeceased by her brothers - Raymond C. Dautrich (9/16/15), William J. Dautrich (6/24/2018) and her infant sister - Helen Esther. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM at Zion's (Spies) Evangelical Reformed Church, 318 Spies Church Road, Alsace Twp., followed by her funeral service at 11:00 AM. Rev. Merrill R. Marisseau will officiate. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
