Mary L. Urban

Mary L. Urban, 96, of Millmont, passed away October 19, 2017 in Berks Heim where she was a guest since May 14, 2014. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Karl Jennie (Stajkowski) Karnat. She was the wife of the late William A. Urban who passed away October 1999. Before his passing they celebrated 54 years of marriage. Mary was a member of St. Stephen's Polish National Catholic Church and was a member of the Adoration Society of the Most Blessed Sacrament for over 50 years. She enjoyed bingo, her puppy \"Murphy\", gardening, word search in her later years and her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her sons - Paul M. husband of Jane Urban, Reading, Thomas W. husband of Debby Urban, West Reading, Michael P. husband of Linda R. Urban, Womelsdorf, her daughter - Sally A. Urban, Reading, her 6 grandchildren - Kimberly wife of Jason Henry, Sandra wife of Nicholas Hower, Kevin husband of Lauren Urban, Sara Urban wife of Rob Capellaro, Jennifer wife of Eric Fitterling, Andrew Urban and her 6 Great Grandchildren - Kamryn Jaxton Henry, Peyton, Mason Liam Hower and Chase Fitterling. She was predeceased by her sister - Lottie Delewski and her brother - Leon Karnat. Viewing at Klee Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., 1 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington on Monday, Oct. 23, 2017 from 7-9 PM with the Ladies Adoration Society memorial service at 8 PM. There will also be a viewing on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017 from 9-10 AM with the Wake service at 10 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Stephen's PNC Church, 20 St. Stephen's Church Lane, Reading, PA 19607 at 10:30 AM. The Very Rev. Edward D. Ratajak celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Stephen's PNC Church Cemetery, Kenhorst. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Berks Heim, A-2 for their wonderful care shown to Mary.
