Nancy J. (Palm) Bieber, 89, formerly of 20 S. Summit Avenue, Shillington, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025, in Berks Heim, Leesport.  Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Elmer N. and E. Kathryn (Shugar) Palm, and the widow of Ray L. Bieber, who passed in 2010.

        Nancy worked for many years as a clerk and secretary for CNA Insurance, Reading.  She was an active member of the Reading South English Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, having been baptized on July 26, 1950.

        Nancy is survived by a son, Karl R. Bieber (Anna), Ocala, FL, a daughter, Brenda S. Gordon (Kevin), Cary, IL, and a grandson, Jonathan M.K. Bieber (Stephani), Exeter, along with her great grandchildren Emma and Oliver Bieber.  In addition to her parents and husband, Nancy was predeceased by a son, Eric L. Bieber in 1999, and a daughter, Melody N. Bieber, in 2016.

        A Memorial Service will be held at the Reading South English Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 1101 W. Wyomissing Avenue, Reading, PA 19609, on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 2 PM.
