Nicolas Daniel Ortiz-Penafiel

        Nicolas Daniel Ortiz-Penafiel, 61, of Cumru Township, passed away June 16, 2024 in his residence with his loving family by his side. He had previously resided in Brooklyn, NY.

        Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, he was a son of Georgina Ramona Penafiel of Brookfield, NJ. And the late Nicolas Ortiz. He was the husband of Piedad Cristina (Leon) Ortiz with whom he celebrated 39 years of marriage.

        Nicolas worked at QuarryCut, Inc., Parker Ford, for 8 years, last working November 2023. He was a member of Life Church, Reading.

        Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife – Piedad, his children – Diana and Wendy, his grandchildren – Demetrius and Daliyah, his sisters – Maria Guerrero and Jessica Guzman, and numerous other family members.

        As is a tale, so is a life, not how long it is, but how good it is, is what matters.

        Viewing from Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 6:00-9:00 PM.
