Shirley M. (Fetter) Huyett

          Shirley M. Huyett, 93, formerly of Shillington, passed away July 5, 2026 at Spruce Manor where she was a guest.

          Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Leon H. and Grace Erma (Boone) Fetter.

          Shirley was a member of Christ (Yocom’s) Lutheran Church, Grill. She loved Christmas, Bombas, desserts, square dancing, and playing the organ. Shirley had a strong faith.

          She is survived by her children – Brenda M. wife of Frank Rick, Sinking Spring, S. Phillip Huyett, Reading, her sisters – Mildred I. Shelton, Grill, Patricia A. Phillips, West Lawn, her grandchildren – Tabitha wife of William Coleman, Joshua, Shane, Shera and great grandchildren – William, Cameron, Brody and several other great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son – R. Scott Huyett (2025) and her brother – Robert E. Fetter (2008).
