Vicki Fraser Obituary

Vicki Lynn (Reber) Fraser, 57, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025, in her Temple home.  Born in Montgomery County, PA, she was a daughter of the late Barbara Louise Reber, Reading.  She was lovingly raised by her adopted mother, Ara Josephine Reber, Sinking Spring.

Vicki graduated from Reading High School and worked for over 26 years in customer service for Home Depot, a job she loved because it gave her the opportunity to interact with so many different people.  She could be fiercely stubborn, doing whatever it took to complete a challenge and to be successful.

Vicki was a true fighter, especially battling a number of diseases and ailments throughout her life, including Multiple Sclerosis, her toughest battle.  But her constant drive allowed her to thrive, and she continued to put others first in her life.  She was a loving, kind, caring person, and was extremely creative, making beautiful arts and crafts, especially those with fairies, dragons and unicorns.

But nothing brought a smile to her face like her family.  Vicki was totally devoted to her children, her brother and sister, traveling often from Pennsylvania to Texas to spend time together and create lasting memories her family now cherishes.

Vicki is survived by her children:  Giuseppe Illiano, New Jersey, Angel Kunkel, Texas, Damien Kemp, Reading, and Tyler Christian Kemp, Texas, and her grandson Joe, along with a stepson, Dustin Kemp, Texas, a brother, Leroy Richard Reber, Texas, and a sister, Andrea Jane Reber, Sinking Spring.  She also adored her cat Nala, AKA Miss Kitty, her constant companion.

In addition to her parents, Vicki was predeceased by daughter, Desiree Kunkel, and a stepson, Jeremy Kemp.
