Obituary

Karl K. Schneiderhan, 83, of Shillington, passed away on November 15, 2017, in his residence. He was the husband of Marjorie A. (White) Schneiderhan. Karl was a 1951 graduate of Wilson High School. He was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran who served his military duties while stationed in Alaska. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Scott K. Schneiderhan and his wife Saadra, Blandon; and Debra L. Schneiderhan, Nazareth, his brother, Mark Schneiderhan and wife Gloria, Sinking Spring. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by half-brothers, Kenneth and William Hollenshead and sister Estelle (Hollenshead) Herflicker. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 30 Liberty Street, Shillington, PA 19607. Mrs. Schneiderhan, Scott, Debbie: I was so sorry to read about Karl's passing. I often drive through the "old neighborhood" and recall the times we had as kids with the "run of the neighborhood" and especially the bunch of us gathering in your back yard. Marge & Karl were like the "block parents" for many of us. I hope we didn't drive you too crazy back then. I hope they are fond memories for you as they are for me. I hope fond memories help get you through this difficult time.
