Robert Bruce Priest, 63, of Kenhorst, died peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, due to natural causes. Fondly known as “Bobby,” he lived a joyful life. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA, he was the beloved son of Dolores (Kosek) Priest and the late John C. Priest. Raised in Conshohocken, PA, he was a volunteer firefighter at Conshohocken #2 Fire Company. He eventually moved to Kenhorst with his parents where he was gainfully employed with a local beer distributor for over 25 years. Bobby was a humble man with an infectious smile. An avid sports fan of the Phillies and Eagles, he was thrilled to finally cloth himself in every Eagles apparel he owned to celebrate their Super Bowl win. He also enjoyed attending college basketball games at Alvernia University and was an active member at the Sokol’s Slovak Catholic and the 18th Ward Democratic clubs. Bobby is remembered with love by his mother, Dolores Priest; brother Thomas Priest, and his wife, Jennie Rodriguez-Priest, Kenhorst. He was predeceased by his eldest brother, John K. Priest. Services are private at convenience of the family. Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Shillington, is in charge of arrangements.
