Sharon L. “Sherry” Stout, 73, of Tilden Twp., passed away April 26, 2022, at 10:25 AM in the Laurel Center where she was guest for the past 8 days.
Born in York, PA she was a daughter of the late Robert & Rosemary (Buckingham) Kauffman. She was the wife of Rollen C. Stout, Jr. with whom she celebrated 54 years of marriage on April 13th.
Sherry was a member of First U.C.C., Hamburg. She was a very caring person and was addicted to crossword puzzles. Some years ago, she worked as a school crossing guard.
In addition to her husband, Rollen, she is survived by her son Jonathon Stout, her brother Clair Kauffman, York, her sister Barbara Forney, Delmar, DE, and her grandchildren – Xavier Stout, Jacob Stout, Noah Rabenold, and Scott Stout. She was predeceased by her son Justin Stout.
Visitation from Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Saturday, April 30, 2022, from 8:30-9:00 AM followed by her Celebration of Life service beginning at 9:00 AM. Rev. Fred A. Diehl will officiate. Interment will be private. www.kleefuneralhome.com
