Even though I did not know you personally, I still knew you for many years. In the 1970's you were our neighbor. Your two boys Chad and Todd were friends of my son and played together building tree houses. We lived on Blair. I happened to move back to this area some years ago and frequently pass your home going down to Stonecliffe ,to hike the trail .We usually would see you in your backyard and always you would wave to us. My husband and I will surely miss you. Chad and Todd so sorry that your Dad is gone. He seemed like such a kind and gentle soul, who truely cared about helping people. The property that we pass so often will not be the same without him.
Please accept my deepest condolences. Sharing in your sorrow.

Irv was one of the kindest persons that I have ever known. Totally unassuming and a real gentleman. Always service to others before self . He will be hugely missed in the Berks County community. My sincere condolences to all his family. Sid Forrest
He was a special person, to have known, loved, and worked beside. I have been blessed to have had the pleasure of his trying and liking his famous apple dapple cake. His loss is beyond words. My heart hurts for my special friend. He earned his wings. Now fly, my dear friend, fly.
While I never knew Irv personally, I saw him regularly at United Way events. His servitude to the community will live on in all of those touched by the United Way and the organizations they sponsor. Our sincere condolences to your family. Wendy Seidel Greater Reading Mental Health Alliance
